Description of the East Sandwich vacation home rental
Well maintained two story house -- upper level has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and a deck overlooking the beach. The first level has a bedroom and a beautiful bathroom, a TV room with a 42" wide screen TV and an additional sitting area with a new futon. The owners provide linen and towels for tenant use.
The house has CENTRAL AIR, free INTERNET access and WIFI. A computer and a printer is also provided.

We stayed at the house the first week in August with our daughter and her two friends. What a wonderful week we had! The house is comfortable- the views are breathtaking and it is in a perfect location to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. We have been vacationing at the Cape for twenty years and this was one of our very best vacations.

Perfect family beach home in East Sandwich

A family wedding in Boston led to us searching for a rental property on Cape Cod so we could extend our vacation. This cozy and clean home was perfect for us and our three young adult children. With two bedrooms upstairs and one on the lower level, there was plenty of room so everyone had their own space. While we experienced some cool and rainy days, the location made it easy to a day trip into Boston. If we plan to visit again, we would definitely want to check on the availability of this property. You should, too! Our recommendations: Biking on the Shining Sea Trail near Falmouth and Woods Hole, The Bee-Hive Tavern offers a quaint and casual New England tavern experience and reasonably good food, The Lobster Trap in Bourne, and Joe's Fish and Lobster Mart in Sandwich where we ordered and then picked up fresh oysters and steamed lobster to go for the perfect picnic on the deck overlooking the Cape Cod Bay. We would definitely check the availability of this lovely property should we visit again and have only wonderful things to say about its owners who are truly gracious hosts.

A Dream Vacation Getaway!

If you are looking for a quiet waterfront getaway on Cape Cod with all the amenities of modern life, this is a perfect choice. The two of us could not have been more pleased with the location, the accommodations, the cleanliness, the waterfront access and views, and the courtesy and care of the owner. We went, sight unseen, based on the reviews we read here and conversations with the owner. We had high expectations, and they were exceeded! We were looking for ambiance, peace, privacy, beauty. Everything about our experience was positive, evidenced by the fact that we immediately worked our 2012 calendar for another stay.

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay in capecod. The properties layout was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 children, having 2 living areas provided plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well equipped, even with beach toys and games for the children. The location is perfect for exploring the rest of the cape, where theres plenty to do. The children loved playing on the beach with all their new friends. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay and we all really appreciated their efforts. I would definately rent this property again and would highly recommend it..

This property was absolutely perfect. Just steps away from the most amazing beach and a short drive to town. Hands down they delivered more than we could have expected. Just what we were looking for

We had all the comforts of home and then the added pleasure of being on the beach. The place was clean, up to date, well kept, and comfortable for our family of 5. Even while the weather for half the week was stormy, there was enough space, games, and distractions to make it bearable. Once the sun was back, we could walk out to the beach and marshes collecting shells, sea glass, crabs, and minnows. Perfect family spot.

This was one of those memorable weekends. We packed our two kids and headed to Sandwich for a long weekend. It was perfect. The house is ON the beach. The picture capture some of that but you really need to see it to believe how amazing the spot is. The house had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully. We highly recommend this house and we know we will come back again! Enjoy

This is a lovely, peaceful home away from home. Every year we stay here to unwind and stroll the beach and the marsh path behind the rental. We read and read. Eat at local restaurants and have aboslutely no schedule. It is a perfect week and a perfect beach home.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this very clean and spacious beach house. We have 3 kids (aged 14, 12, and 9)and there was plenty of room for everyone inside and out. The house is very well equipped and the Sandwich area was beautiful. We had peace and quiet and lots of space yet still had everything we needed at our fingertips close by, in town. We all enjoyed our week and can't wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time. The beach house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our girls ages 2 and 4 had so much fun playing in the calm water. Everything was just perfect. We will definately be back to this beach house.
