Wood floors throughout first floor except for the master bedroom and den. Second floor has 3 large bedrooms and full bath with tub and shower. Washer and dryer on both floors. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy the best of East Sandwich Beach at a gorgeous home. Wonderful landscaped front yard with paved driveway and front porch to sit and relax on. Huge backyard with two decks. One deck invites a cozy evening relaxing and enjoying the hot tub and the 2nd one is furnished for your outdoor cookout with comfy chairs, table and umbrella. Area Information

East Sandwich Beach is a very quiet, private stretch of one of Cape Cod's best beaches! Located off of Route 6A, to Ploughed Neck Rd. to North Shore Blvd. There are some year round families living here, but mostly this is the place for summer vacationers. East Sandwich Beach has huge sand bars at low tide. Cottage isn't far from Scorton Creek known for its fishing. Bring along a kayak or rent one locally to paddle Cape Cod Bay.
The historically rich Town of Sandwich is a wonderful place for vacationers and year round residents. This home is centrally located to the beach, the Cape Cod canal for fishing, biking, walking or rollerblading and right close to that is a new playground at the marina for the kids with picnic tables to stay for lunch and watch the boats. From this home you can get to local restaurants, taverns, a shopping plaza and a pharmacy in just a few minutes by car. Just an hour away from Boston, Providence, and Provincetown, Sandwich is the ideal lodging destination for all visitors.
