3 levels of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Beautiful upscale Salt Box with quality construction throughout. Kitchen features include double ovens, Jenn-aire range, Sub Zero fridge, Corian tops and fireplace in breakfast area with counter seats and skylights. The family room has cathedral ceilings, built in gas fireplace, skylights and new Flat Screen TV. There is a full bathroom off of the Family room with a shower and washer/dryer. This home has both a formal dining and formal living room with fireplace. The large bonus room over the 2 car garage is equipped with a game table and chairs, family board games, books and even the owners Nintendo system with "g" rated game cartridges for tenants use.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor including a Master Suite with new flat screen TV, private jacuzzi bathroom, and built in storage. Also on the 2nd floor is a 1/2 bath with another washer / dryer. The second floor has window a/c's. The 3rd floor does have central a/c with 2 en-suite bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, Juliet balconys and private bathrooms. Bedrooms are all equipped with built ins and lighted closets. The town of Sandwich offers the vacationer much to do outside of the beach. Wonderful restaurants, local fish market, museums, mini golf and a local movie theater are only some.
