Great cottage to rent!!
We offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bath (new ceramic tile), plus an outside shower. Livingroom with a/c, cable, DVD, VCR, fully applianced kitchen. Washer and dryer in basement. New mattresses.
Cottage is very clean and comfortable. New tiled bathroom.
Rent is Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am.
Walking distance to bay beaches. Campground beach is a very short walk. Convenience store is also a short walk.
We are close to P-town, Rock Harbor, Orleans. Bike trail is closeby also. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Rock Harbor. Bay beaches are great for families and also just to relax.

Rent is $1200. per week. NO pets. A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. This will be returned to you if there is nothing broken, stolen, etc. The cottage MUST be left clean and all trash removed. I will deduct from the deposit for cleaning, broken items, stolen items, etc. The remainder will be returned to you. I anticipate most people will leave the cottage in the same condition as when they arrived, so they can receive the entire sec. deposit back.

The neigborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Listen to the birds and enjoy the Cape breezes. We are on a dead end street which is safe. Mostly owner occupied cottages.
There is a convenience store just down Campground Rd., about a 5 minute walk.
Great area to bike to the beach or take a ride through the side streets.

You will like this area of Eastham.
