YOU CAN RENT MY COTTAGE FOR $850.PER WEEK. AND FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER YOU CAN RENT IT FOR $750 PER WEEK.

Come enjoy the Cape this summer. We are renting our cottage for the 1st time and are giving renters a discount on the rent this year.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds, and one bedroom has a full size bed. New mattresses. There is one full bathroom. A roomy livingroom with cable tv and a/c. Kitchen with eating area. Enterior has just been freshly painted and has never had smokers inside. Cottage is clean and comfortable.
Deck to relax on. Gas grill available. Outside H/C shower.
Sit in the yard and enjoy the sun and watch the birds, or take a 7 minute walk to Campground Beach (bayside). Also close to Thumperton and Cooks Brooks beaches. P-town is 20 minutes away. We are a short bike ride to the bike trail and close to route 6, stores, fishing and other activities.
We are also close to Rock Harbor where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the Cape.

The neigborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Listen to the birds and enjoy the Cape breezes. We are on a dead end street which is safe. Mostly owner occupied cottages.
There is a convenience store just down Campground Rd., about a minute walk.
Great area to bike to the beach or take a ride through the side streets.
