VERY CLEAN COTTAGE..VERY COMFORTABLE..CLOSE TO BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!

Great cottage to rent!!
We offer 3 bedrooms, 1 bath (new ceramic tile), plus an outside shower. Livingroom with a/c, cable, DVD, VCR, fully applianced kitchen. Washer and dryer in basement. New mattresses. New kitchen cabinets with everything you need.
Cottage is very clean and comfortable. New tiled bathroom. New Kitchen cabinets. Rent is Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am.
Walking distance to bay beaches. Campground beach is a very short walk. Convenience store is also a short walk. Ocean beaches are only a 10 minute drive or ride your bike.
We are close to P-town, Rock Harbor, Orleans. Bike trail is closeby also. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Rock Harbor. Bay beaches are great for families and also just to relax.

Area Information

The neigborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Listen to the birds and enjoy the Cape breezes. We are on a dead end street which is safe. Mostly owner occupied cottages.
There is a convenience store just down Campground Rd., about a 5 minute walk.
Great area to bike to the beach or take a ride through the side streets.

You will like this area of Eastham.

Sorry but NO pets are allowed.

Very nice house. An other a/c unit at the second floor will be a good idea. Outside table was very small for a family of five.

Family Beach Vacation

I always visited the cape as a child and never made it past mid cape. North Eastham is amazing. So much to do and see. The cottage was immaculate, spacious and the owners were so easy to work with. The beds were comfortable and the community area offered a playground and a laundry facility. The beach was 100 walking paces and offered amazing views including a breath taking sunset. It was private and safe or small children. The only fall back would be that high tide takes away the beach for a few hours but the water is shallow ( 6 ft at highest tide) swimming was a blast at high tide. The kids also had a beach on another level to play in the sand. I could go on about how much my family loved the time spent so much that we already booked for next year before leaving. This is a must do for many years to come!
