There are three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and one with 2 bunk twin beds and a double bed. The upstairs couch pulls out to a queen size bed. 1 and half bathrooms, kitchen with all appliances, big basement for games, Legal maximal occupancy is 6. Internet/ cable TV, Oil central heating, wood-burning stove, laundry, dishwasher, pool table, table tennis, fussball, pinball machine, etc. Large 2nd floor deck overlooking First Encounter Beach (sunset over water); Minimum rental 7 days (Sat- Sat)

I was quite disappointed in this rental property. The front of the property appears run down with a big rusty cellarway hatch at the entrance to the house. My biggest complaint is that the house is not cleaned well. Apparently, the weekly cleaning service does surface cleaning only. There were spider webs, spiders, and dead flies in the corners of the ceilings of many rooms (including the bathroom, yuk!), as well as on the kitchen curtains, window sills, etc. The bedrooms were dank, dark, and dreary - no overhead lights. Also, there were no overhead fans to circulate the air, so the house was extremely hot. In addition, the house smelled damp and somewhat musty. I did not feel clean or comfortable in the house. The upstairs was the only pleasant area of the house.
