There is a lovely wrap-around deck with for additional lounging, dining and entertaining space. This newly furnished homes boasts a large living/dining room with expansive glass windows for spectacular views of the water. The fully applianced kitchen has granite counters, a Subzero refrigerator, cooktop and a double wall oven. The master bedroom, with slider doors and views of the Cove, has a private bath with spa tub and shower. The second bedroom has an attached bath with shower that acts as a social bathroom as well. The third bedroom is located in its own separate area that actually makes it into a private suite with a sitting room stacked washer/dryer located here) that has sliders to the wrap-around deck and a private bath with tub/shower. The walk-out lower level has a family room with sleepsofa and slider doors to the outdoors. There is also another bedroom on this level with bunkbeds. This a perfect Cape Cod getaway - just a short walk to the shops, ice cream, great seafood and Cape Cod Baseball League ball games in Orleans - you'll never want to go home.
