Right on the Fresh water ! Lots of swimming, fishing's, woods . At start of Cape cod's national seashores , in woods, the cape cod is quiet & calm . The Minister Pond which is about 23acres is there in front yard. Amazing place to simply sit back & relax giving some more time to yourself !! Listen to Owls and trees frogs throughout the night & listen to sweet birds humming through out the day .
Cottage offers everything to make your stay comfortable & memorable .Clean well maintained and very cozy cottage . Well equipped kitchen with all the amenities and appliances, pots & pans , utensils and dishes .Luxurious bedroom with comfortable furnishings to relax in your vacation home away home . Open living and dinning area close to kitchen which allows good family chit chats while having food together .
Enjoy tiles and bamboo flooring's with new appointed bathroom . Rustic ,lovely and beautiful cottage at Minister Pond . Simply relax in the calm ,settings along with frogs , serenity of lower cape, and lily pads . In woods , tranquility and trees with breathtaking views . Deck along with gas grill . Comfortable and cozy cottage in breathtaking surroundings, with pond, right outside the front door and sweet birds humming and trees are beautifully lined. A Great weed was had by all

Perfect cottage for a family of 3. Loved the deck and clostheline, well equiped kitchen among other things. I would add places to hang things in the bedrooms and bathrooms, just hooks and towel bars. Great local, just minutes to Nauset Light, our favorite beach. We would like to come back next year. The Villanis 2012

Charming Cape cottage

We loved our visit to Cape Cod. This cottage was a little on the rustic side, but very cozy, quiet and quaint. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook (including a garlic press). Beds were comfortable, cottage was clean and the deck was spectacular and peaceful. Enjoyed many hours gazing at the sun sparkling on the water. Best of all was perfect location -- close to beaches, state parks & bike rental. Very definitely coming back.
