Description of the Eastham vacation home rental

This is an immaculate home located at the end of a quiet wooded cul de sac. The home has four bedrooms, 2 full baths and a finished room in the basement. It is very well equipped with all the modern amenities (NEW APPLIANCES AS OF 4-07) There is a deck with a gas grill overlooking the nicely landscaped back yard as well as a spacious outdoor shower with dressing area. There is a storage shed in the back yard for storage of your bikes and beach equiptment. We have included some adult bikes and beach chairs for your convenience. This wonderful vacation home is hidden away but very close to everything. We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Renters leave by 10:00 AM and can arrive at 2:00 PM. When you look at the availability calendar and see an x on a Saturday, that means that we have rented the prior week and the renters will be leaving at 10:00 AM.

Area Description

This comfortable Cape Cod home is located right on the newly contructed Bike Trail that goes from Dennis to Welfleet with other bike trails off of it. The beautiful natural coast line beaches like Nauset Light and Coast Gruad are a 5 minute car ride or a 10 minute bike ride. It's a 5 minute walk to Willy's Gym, Golf Range/Baseball Batting Cages, Canoe/Kayak Rentals,Dunkin Donuts, Ben & Jerry's, Sam's Deli and Nauset Light's Homemade Ice Cream and great Restaurants. Imagine the Cape Cod Bay Sunsets, Fresh Water Ponds, Shopping, Flea Market, Outdoor Movie Theater, Kayaking, Fishing and much more. It's a short ride to go on a Whale Watching trip or for the little ones... a ride on a real pirate ship at the Orlean's Cove.

Our vacation in Eastham was so much more than we expected and we would like to thank the Foley's for the use of their wonderful home and tour of the area when we first arrived. The home was clean and the grounds looked as if we were staying at a resort. It was almost too much room for 2 families. We had a blast!
