The picture of the deck says it all. My Title refers to the steady stream of birds that come to the feeders. The little Nut Hatch's song seemed to say HaHa. It was a treat to watch the constant parade of birds coming and going. Very peaceful/private setting. Very comfortable home with all the fixings. I couldn't think of a negative if I tried..... Bike/Rail Trail right from your back-yard and the convenience of the Cape at your doorsteps. Great local beaches just a short drive away to watch the best sun-sets you could ask for is a bonus to cap off your day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Eastham Paradise

Located along the Cape Cod bicycle trail, this beautiful home provided my wife, our four Yorkies, and me incredible access to all the best that the Cape can offer. Located less than 5 miles from Coast Guard Beach, and back roads can get you there in under 10 minutes, we enjoyed daily beach walks with the dogs. Nickerson State Park, also just 10 minutes away, offered us the opportunity to do some hiking in the woods. There were plenty of restaurants in the area , but our favorite thing to do was to simply sit and relax on one of the most amazing decks we've ever seen. I could not recommend this porperty more highly. We will definitely rent from these owners again.

Ideal location and lovely home in Eastham

Our familly had a wonderful time staying here. The house backs up to the bike trail, which makes it easy and safe to get there. It is close to the pond and the bayside beaches, as well as food shopping. The house has a huge shaded deck, where we had breakfast and lunch every day, staying cool in the middle of the hot afternoon. Our dog also appreciated the spacious deck area. We hope to return!

Wonderful, pet-friendly home

We very much enjoyed our week at this home. It rained 4 of the 7 days but there was never any sense of cooped up. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great week at the Cape. The only thing I would change on the description is "fenced yard" - it's really a "fenced area" (which our dog wouldn't go in as a matter of fact.

This home is very comfortable, and it has one of the most relaxing, pleasant decks I have ever been on. The Cape Cod bike trail is a stone's throw away and the beaches in the area are great. Overall a wonderful week.

Was there during Memorial Day week of 2006....Great weather, easy access to beaches, bike trails and great shopping. Beautiful deck for grilling/dining under trees and stars. A complete R&R experience!
