A Wonderful home for beachgoers, tennis players, bikers and nature lovers! Our immaculate and tastefully decorated home faces the Cape Cod Bike Trail and is close to Bay and Ocean Beaches. Located at the end of a culdesac in a quiet, upscale neighborhood on a one acre lot with huge pine trees and flowers everywhere; our home is a perfect Summer retreat.
Enjoy dining on our huge furnished deck, kayak on our nearby Bay Beaches and estuaries or kick off your shoes and relax on our hammocks.
Includes: use of 2 private tennis courts, private access to the Bike Trail, modern kitchen with all amenities, NEW Contemporary Great Room with 42" LCD TV; upgraded cable; internet wireless; DVD and VCR.
All bedding is premium with 2 Queen beds and 1 King Bed (converts to 2 twins). Spacious outdoor shower has room for 2!
Please email Connie for availability. If your dog is well behaved he can join you. We have stairs to a fenced in yard just off the deck.

We are surrounded by the Bay Beach , Marshland and the Cape Cod Bike Trail. Our Boat Meadow Beach, just around the corner is a popular beach for young Families and offers Breathtaking views of the Marshland; It's estuaries are a great attraction for Kayakers. From our home you can bike to the first Encounter Beach,The Chocolate Sparrow coffee shop and even to the Visitors Center which is close to our Ocean Beaches.
Eastham is a quaint and charming 350 year old town that is very appealing to people of all ages. Our famous Windmill Park has free concerts every Monday during the Summer and several outstanding Arts and Craft Shows.
We are a short drive to Rock Harbor; a favorite place to charter a Fishing Boat or enjoy unbelievable sunsets.
Orleans is just minutes away and offers a huge Grocery store, museums, art galleries and wonderful shops for all ages.
We have lived on the Lower Cape for 6 years and consider it to be one of the most Beautiful and diverse areas on Cape Cod.

This home is very comfortable, and it has one of the most relaxing, pleasant decks I have ever been on. The Cape Cod bike trail is a stone's throw away and the beaches in the area are great. Overall a wonderful week.

Was there during Memorial Day week of 2006....Great weather, easy access to beaches, bike trails and great shopping. Beautiful deck for grilling/dining under trees and stars. A complete R&R experience!
