Description of the Eastham vacation home rental

Located on Ministers Pond this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath year round cape has classic Cape Cod charm. The first floor has: kitchen with breakfast island; living room; dining room; bedroom with 2 twin beds; full bathroom with tub and shower. Second floor has: 2 large bedrooms - 1 with king size bed; 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds; full bath with shower. Finished basement includes: family room with adjoining sleeping area and 2 twin beds; half bath. A large deck on the left side of the house offers a large table with umbrella and plenty of chairs. There is a patio in the back outside the walk out basement with gas grill and picnic table. An outdoor shower is off the patio area.

Area Information

This house is located on Alston Avenue, a quiet residential area just a short distance from Route 6 and very near Arnolds restaurant. The bike trail passes behind Arnolds. Sit on the large deck and enjoy the view over the pond. You can kayak, fish and birdwatch. You are only .03 miles to the bike trail or .6 miles to the National Seashore bike trail that leads to Coast Guard Beach, one of the best beaches on Cape Cod. Or, enjoy the best of both worlds and drive 2 miles to visit the bay.
