Description of the Eastham vacation home rental

Very neat, clean saltbox cottage with all the amenities of home situated on a quiet private road. Located minutes from both the beautiful National Seashore and Cape Cod Bay.

First floor offers an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen open to dining and living room areas. Living room offers expanded cable television, DVD/CD player and AM/FM stereo. Living room opens to a spacious private 12' x 20' deck. First floor also includes newly carpeted master bedroom with queen bed and full bath.

Outdoors includes enclosed shower, patio table and chairs, chaise lounge and gas BBQ grill.

Second floor includes two newly carpeted bedrooms, one with queen bed and second with two single beds and trundle. In addition 2nd floor hosts a full bath with tube and shower.

Area Information

Located on a private road surrounded by natural wooded beauty, relax and enjoy the serenity of nature. If it's activity you seek you're location on the Cape Cod Bay side of RT.6 is literally just minutes from refreshing Cape Cod Bay, National Seashore and Eastham's Wiley Park fresh water beaches. As well there is an overwhelming abundance of additional activities such as fishing, kayaking, picnicking, eat-in and take-out dining, wildlife and nature preserve, miles of biking/hiking trails, movie and drive-in theaters and golf just to name a few.

Conveniently situated on the Eastham / Wellfleet border close to RT.6 makes for quick and easy day trip travel to quaint Cape Cod destinations such as Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis and even Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard islands to sight see, shop, dine and much more.

Our Cape Cod Vacation in Eastham

We had a fantastic time on our Cape Cod vacation in Eastham MA! The home was very large, clean and charmingly decorated. We had 6 people in our party so the spacious home fit our needs. The home was located in a very private area which was nice. It also featured a large deck which we utilized as well. We enjoy all the beaches on the National Seashore which are right around Eastham. It was a wonderful vacation.

We stayed for a week - two couples and two kids. The house has a nice lay-out with open plan for common areas, and a bath on both floors. It has great proximity to bay and ocean beaches and Audubon nature preserve. Equipment is minimal/basic (just 2 sand-chairs, 2 coffee makers, and no internet access) so bring anything else you might need. We'd gladly come back.
