First floor offers an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen open to dining and living room areas. Living room offers full cable television, DVD player and FM stereo. Living room opens to a private 12' x 20' deck. First floor also includes newly carpeted master bedroom and full bath.

Outdoors includes enclosed shower and patio table, chairs, chaise lounge and gas grill.

Second floor includes full bath and two newly carpeted bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds and trundle.

Home is located on the Cape Cod Bay side of RT.6 approximately 1 mile from bay beaches and 2 miles from Cape Cod's famous National Seashore. In addition to Cape Cod's beautiful beaches there is an abundance of fishing, kayaking, picnicking, dining establishments, a wildlife and nature preserve, bike trails, movie theaters and much more.

Location is on the Eastham / Wellfleet townline close to RT.6 making it convenient travel to Provincetown or Orleans, Chatham, Hyannis and other destinations for day trips to sightsee, shop and dine.
