Description of the Eastham vacation home rental

'3 By the Sea' This property is one of a kind with the ability to sleep 18 people. The first house is detached, renovated in 2008 and offers central air, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower and laundry. The other two houses were just built in 2008. Attached by a two car garage, these 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes have it all; central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, full basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families that at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Area Information

Eastham is a great town to vacation in on Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay is great for children as it is typically warmer, less crowded, has smaller waves and offers great walking/exploring flats at low tide. The Bay is an easy walk from this rental property and the Ocean is only a couple minute drive or short bike ride away. Close by is the Wellfleet drive-in with the infamous flea market by day and movie by night, a must visit. Provincetown is only a 20-30 min. drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throught the year. Also close by are numerous hiking trails and the great National Seashore.

A Magical Place

August 7, 2011

Within 24 hours of our arrival our 7 year old granddaughter exclaimed, "There is a magical place on Cape Cod; it is here at this house." I really do not need to say any thing else. Our granddaughter was in the 'older house" with her parents and brother. Her bedroom was a small room with a small built in bed. it was the perfect haven for a girl her age. The games of horse shoes, badmitten, volleyball, Jenks kept all 4 families engaged in the evening. Making s'mores over the open fire reminded us of old memories as we were making new ones. Easy access to Cape Cod Bay and National Seashore beaches met everybody's needs. The vegetable garden is phenomenal, We enjoyed roasted zucchini and summer squash, fresh cucumbers and string beans. Our granddaughter is right on - this is a magical place!

Amazing beach houses on one property!

I thought this setup was absolutely amazing! Three homes right next to each other, with one large yard of volleyball net, firepit and an outdoor bar that proved very useful. We came at a time where there was very little sun yet we still managed to go to the beach, barbecue and sit around the fire. Brianna was nice as can be, and the house provided everything we needed. Clean sheets, comfortable homes, 3 grills, and a 10 minute walk to the beach! I would highly recommend this property if you have 18+ people looking for an awesome time!

Fantastic Property

I had the pleasure of staying at "3 By the Sea" in September of 2009. The property far exceeded my expectations. The homes are comfortable and well finished. Our group included 18 adults, each with a place to sleep and space to call their own. The areas are well stocked with all the necessities of vacation living, making packing and planning that much easier. The outdoor space is sublime. There is a place to build a fire, and plenty of space to play games and roam. The location is perfect. Close to everything Eastham and the surrounding towns have to offer. Most importantly, Brianna was a joy to work with. She met us at the property to make sure we were settled and comfortable and to answer any question we had. She was prompt and responsive throughout the process, from booking all the way through the return of our security deposit. In short, if you are looking for a place in Eastham, do yourself favor and look at "3 By the Sea."
