Spacious Home on the Quiet Area on the Bay Side of Eastham

AVAILABLE WEEKS: July 18-25, August 15-22, August 29 - September 5.
This traditional Cape house has a spacious open-plan main floor with fire-placed living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen with cathedral ceiling. Screened-in porch off the dining room. A bedroom and a study are on the first floor, and three ample bedrooms are upstairs. There is a bathroom on each floor, a small deck off the kitchen, and an outdoor shower. The 0.5 acre yard is a nice combination of trees and open space, with a circular driveway. Joshua’s Way is a safe and quiet street with no direct access from Route 6. Ideal for a family with children, or to be shared by two families. No smoking. Pets are considered. Tenant brings linens and towels.

Area Description
Known as the "Gateway to the National Seashore", Eastham is still considered a small town (population just under five thousand) and prides itself on being a bit more quiet than most Cape towns. The New York Times called Eastham "Cape Cod's Little Secret".

Hiking: Hemenway Landing (the gems of National Seashore: Fort Hill walking trails, Red Maple Swamp boardwalk, ~ 2 mi, beloved of bird watchers) – 0.8 mile, 4 min drive, 15 min walk
