Area Description

In an area of fine homes Priscilla sits on a 3/4 acre lot providing privacy and quiet. The nearby salt marsh is close by on the short trek to First Encounter Beach.

Bikers can easily access the picturesque 25 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail just a mile away. In addition to the two great beaches mentioned above swimmers of all ages will enjoy nearby Great Pond with 2 lifeguard protected areas and the adjacent Wiley Park Playground, a long-time children's favorite.

And don't forget the handy delicatessen just up the hill from Priscilla!
