Description of the Eastham vacation home rental
This 2,300 square foot, 3 bedroom house has been architecturally designed for you to enjoy a private setting by night and a meeting place for friends and family by day. This is not your typical house. Enjoy your privacy while having the luxury of plenty of space to share with your nearby friends and family. Every bedroom opens onto an outside patio. Ample parking.
It is a short (2/10th of a mile) walk down a sandy trail to a beautiful private swimming bay beach. Check out the photo from the top of our associations' staircase. Also an easy walk to Campground beach. Wellfleet is 10 minutes north, and Provincetown is 25 minutes north. The National Seashore Ocean beaches are within 10 minutes.
Home includes an outdoor shower, beach equipment (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc), and games for indoors and out (Horseshoes, Bocce), a computer plus wi-fi and a 300 square foot screened porch. The National Seashore Ocean beaches are within 10 minutes. We are 5 minutes from a drive-in movie theater, the Audubon Preserve and the National Seashore Visitor Center and Museum.

Area Information
Where to begin to describe Cape Cod. Our immediate neighborhood is very "beachy' feeling. Sand roads, windswept trees. It is largely a summer community, however many people do live year round. The Bay beach is so close you may never want to leave our neighborhood. The ocean beaches are within 10 minutes. The rest of the Cape has so much to do: whale watching, beach combing, art galleries, shopping, sand dunes, too long a list to create here. A bike trail, The Cape Cod Rail Trail, can be accessed a short distance from the house. It is a paved bikeway that runs 28 miles from South Dennis to Wellfleet. Also a short distance is the Audubon with walking trails and a great visitor center. Fabulous restaurants abound with obviously a tremendous selection of seafood. The town of Orleans, which you will pass through just before you get to Eastham, has all the shopping you could want, including a large supermarket.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Cape Cod is a major vacation destination and as such, has everything one could want for a beach vacation.
Many of our visitors simply enjoy spending the day at the house. We have a Foosball table, great spots to relax alone or with friends or family, outdoor and indoor games, a swing, a fun sprinkler for kids of all ages to run through, etc, etc. The indoor dining room can seat 10 and is a great place to play board games or leave that puzzle out all week to work on. The screened porch, adjacent to both the kitchen and living room also has plenty of dining space. Our home has a gas grill fed from the home gas line - no need to change gas tanks. We have created a book that lists many of the local haunts including our favorite places. It also lists any emergency information you might need.
