Located in an area of homes sitting on large parcels of land (3 to 11 acres in size) you will not feel like you have fallen into the subdivision that so much of the Island is turning into. Traveling about 1 mile down a "Vineyard Dirt Road" you will come to our "Little House in the Big Meadow" Enjoy the Vineyard at its very best. See deer grazing in the meadow in the early morning light. Watch the Harrier Hawk (on the endangered species list) glide across our meadow. Soak in the large 6 person hot tub at night and listen to the waves as they come in on South Beach. This is an area known as the Oyster Watcha Midlands. It is the area of the Island that long ago was chosen by the Wampanoag Indians to travel to each summer for their summer camp meetings. An area of beautiful open fields and woodlands that eventually flow down to the many ponds on the south side of the Vineyard.
