Description of the Edgartown vacation home rental

Very nice 4+ bedroom house that is one mile from South Beach and two miles from downtown Edgartown. It has a newly remodeled kitchen/greatroom that opens to a sunroom type family room with 52" flatscreen and wetbar with wine refridgerator. This room opens through double sliding doors to rear deck with Viking grill and outdoor shower with large changing area and spa shower.The master suite has a separate living room and a bath with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The bedroom opens through sliding doors to a separate back deck overlooking the back yard and a concervation field. It also connects to an office/entry area with a pullout sofa bed suitable for kids. At the opposite end of the house is a hallway leading to three good sized bedrooms each with a queen or double bed. There are two more full baths at this end of the house. This is a Fri. to Fri. rental and is only available fom July 17th to July 31st. Price is dropped from $4,000 /wk. and if you want both weeks we will drop the price to $3,300/wk

Area Description

This property is surrounded on three sides by concervancy land. There is a bike path across the street that leads to South Beach which is one mile away and to Edgartown which is under two miles. Katama airpark is walking distance. This is a private airfield that provides biplane tours of the island, and has one of the best breakfast diners on the island.
