Description of the Edgewater vacation home rental

If you are looking for a convenient location at an affordable rate - LOOK NO FURTHER. This is it!!!! 3 brdm, 1 1/2 bath fully furnished home sleeps 6. Affordable rental - close to everything!!!! Master bdrm - Queen size bedroom set and lots of closet space; 2nd bdrm has full size bedroom set with ample closet space. Queen size sleep sofa in the living room. 3rd bedroom is set up as an office. Bring your laptop and plug right in. The kitchen is fully equipped with energy star appliances, with loads of cupboard space. An open patio is located off the kitchen. The downstairs bath contains extra capacity washer and dryer, iron and board. Safely store your bikes,boat, fishing gear, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, etc. in the garage.

Area Information

The house is located in a nice quite residential area known as Florida Shores. Edgewater is a nice coastal community just minutes from New Smyrna Beach. Edgewater has two city parks directly on the Indian River with ample boat launches and parking available. Bring your boat for some of the best red fishing around, and don't forget shrimp season!! The River walkway runs the entire length of Riverside Drive from Edgewater to New Smyrna Beach. Great walking, biking, roller blading, etc. New Smyrna has everything - beautiful drive on beach, ample shops, restaurants, museums, art shows, etc. Drive 20 miles north to the World's Famous Beach - Daytona Beach. The City of Daytona is home to the Daytona Raceway, Daytona Flea Market, greyhound racing, bikeweek, raceweeks, art shows, museums, etc. From Edgewater, head south and you are 45 min from the Space Coast. Take the kids to the Space Coast Museum. Check out the space craft NASA has launched from this site. Take a daytrip to Orlando and Disney. Or drive north to St. Augustine, America's oldest city. This area has it all!!!!

Great Time!!!

We had a great vacation, and the house was very accommodating. There was plenty room for all of us, and more than enough room to bring the boat and all of our fishing equipment. The one and only thing I would change if I could was the tile floors in the downstairs. Very Nice!!! but a bit slippery when your feet are a little wet, and tough for the kids. Overall a Great property. Very quiet neighborhood, and very little traffic. Thanks again..... Erik

Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay in this home. Very spacious and clean. We travelled with 2 very young children and loved it. Nice proximity to many Florida attractions. Will definately plan to stay here again!!
