This comfortable house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a screened porch and sun deck. Three of the bedroom have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is an upstairs sitting area with a queen sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 11th and 12th person. You can get a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for the kids (bring your own basketball, ping-pong equipment is furnished). Cable TV available in the main living area and in the upstairs sitting area, so you can watch what you want while the kids are upstairs watching what they want.

The beach is located a very short walk (1 & 1/2 blocks) down a sandy road. When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot and cold water) is available to rinse off the sand.

Available for rent all year. This is a rental-by-owner. However, during your stay, the property will be managed by a local rental agency, which can help with any needs that may arise. Minimum one week rental during peak season.

The home wasnt what it looked like on line. It could be a very nice home, but hasnt been updated or painted in a very long time. The furniture looked old and dirty, the ceiling in the family room (bathroom above) looks like there is a leak and is falling thru. There were ants in the kitchen, and cat liter was under the liner of the kitchen trash can. Cat liter was also dumped on the ground.

Our extended family of 11 spent a relaxing week in this comfortable house. We played basketball & ping pong, watched our beloved Cleveland Cavaliers on TV, read over 20 books, spent endless hours on the beach and explored the ACE Basin. We love to cook and had all our meals at the house or made picnics-to-go. There is every cooking utensil, pot or pan you would ever need. We even did a day trip to Charleston. It was a celebration of life to all be together for those days in such lovely environs. The Buchanan/Sherrod/Heath clan(Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia)

Wonderful place to stay with children..basketball goal, table tennis, bean toss. Far enough away from main road to be quiet....close enough to beach for EASY walk. Had a wonderful time. Only complaint....upstairs VCR did not work and the DVD didn't have cords to connect to TV. It rained and was cold 2 days so this would have helped.
