Description of the Edmonton vacation home rental

This 3-bedroom bungalow is beautifully renovated and decorated and used as a show suite for Richelieu hardware products. It has a fully-finished basement with large rumpus room/meeting room. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has front and back decks with barbeque available for your use. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and an additional bed in the basement. 2 extra sleeping cots available if required. There are 3 bathrooms with showers; the main bathroom has tub and shower. There are complimentary laundry facilities, 6 televisions throughout the house including 3 VCRs, a fully-equipped kitchen including tableware and cooking supplies and all bath and bed linens are supplied. The basement meeting room can hold groups of up to 20 people. Catering, entertainment, bus tours, overhead projectors, etc., can be arranged if requested. The backyard can hold a large tent for groups of up to 50 people, perfect for reunions, weddings, business meetings, etc.

This property served us extremely well as a home base during our visit to Edmonton. It is ideally located midway between the West Edmonton Mall and downtown. You'll get in your car virtually every time you need to go anywhere (very little within walking distance), but once in the car you won't be in it for long! The house was immaculate upon arrival, and was perfect for our large family. No A/C but at least a fan per room, negating any temperature issues. Neighbours out back partied all night on Saturday but there were never any safety concerns. I would gladly recommend this property!
