Every bedroom with private bath,TV and AC. Property includes exercise room, laundry room,beach car to be used locally,kayaks,snorkeling equipment,pool and hot tub. Local community a delight with local fisherman who arrange fishing trips,whale watching excursions in season (January-March) as well as trips to San Jose,La Paz and Cabo. Daily maid service and house manager lives adjacent to property. Since there is no telephone service-enjoy the peacefulness of being remote but still being in contact via the internet.

Area Description

Baja California Sur: El cardonal is a spectacular combination of palm trees,mountains, desert and the ocean all rolled into one location with quiet, untouched beaches to walk, kayak and snorkel. A beautiful coral reef is within walking or kayaking distance from the house. The Cactus Market- which offers a variety of groceries is minutes from the house and a local taco stand opens on the weekends. The people of El cardonal are both friendly and delightful.
