One of the oldest cottages on historic Elkhart Lake! Nestled on top of a hill, surrounded by trees. Wrap-around, screened-in porch. All hardwood floors. Full kitchen. Outdoor grill. Three bedrooms. Full bath with double vanity sink and full tub/shower. Stone patio. Full pier adjacent to sandy beach.

Elkhart Lake is world famous for it's natual beauty and cystal clear water! Our cottage is just a short walk (2-5 min) away from the city park, grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurants (both casual and gourmet), bars and, best of all, close to Elkhart's infamous "Barefoot Tiki Bar on the Lake"!

Elkhart is close to so many attractions, it is difficult to list them all! We are home to Road America Race Track, one of the nation's premier race tracks. A 27-hole golf course is minutes away. In addition, we are a 20 min. drive from
Whistling Straits Golf Course (home of the 2004 & 2010 PGA Championship) and nationally ranked Black Wolf Run Golf Course (home of the 1998 US Women's Open). Art galleries, museums, theatres and fine-dining are also within easy driving distance. Not to mention the scenic hiking in the rolling hills of Kettle Moraine country.

In addition to the many race weekends, Elkhart Lake has a variety of local festivals. Including our weekend-long 4th of July celebration (with CANDY parade!), a weekend concert series at the Tiki Bar, a Saturday Farmer's Market, numerous historical events, the challaging Elkhart Lake Triathalon, Musical Revues and live music weekly at area resorts.

The cottage is very close to the only boat rental facility on the lake. Pontoon and speed boats are available in addition to paddle boats, bumper boats, canoes, etc. In addition, they also offer wakeboarding and waterskiing-lessons optional. We also have two sunfish sailboats that are included with the cottage rental.

• Lodging Tax: 5% lodging tax will be added to all reservations
   
• Deposits: 25% deposit is required at time of booking. The exception is major race weekends when 100% with be required at time of booking. The balance is due a week before arrival.
   
• Other Fees: A required 5% room/lodging tax will be added to all reservations. Renters will be liable for any damages incurred. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED!!!
