Our BRAND NEW private family lakefront home will be available for rentals beginning in Late Spring/Early Summer 2006! We are about 2-3 weeks from being finished with the house, but still will be working on finishing the landscaping. We wanted potential guests to know about our wonderful lakefront home that will be awesome once completed and available to rent for your next family vacation.

We invite you to stay and enjoy our fabulous, fully furnished hideaway on beautiful Lauderdale Lakes. It is the perfect place for a special get-away or a memorable family vacation. Located on Middle Lake, Lauderdale Lakes is a 950 acre, three-chain (Green, Middle, and Mill), spring-fed lake with very clean water.

Our lakefront home sits approximately 50 feet from the shoreline and has 62 feet of lake frontage with great southern exposure. It includes a private pier with ladder, nice swimming area, main floor deck, lower level patio, and a lakeside limestone patio as well!

Our home provides a stunning view of the lake and its beautiful wooded shoreline through the expansive wall of windows in the open concept kitchen and great room as well as the upper level front bedrooms and the deck... which spans across the entire main level and includes a wonderful screened in porch! The kitchen has plenty of work space and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy family meals. The great room is cozy and relaxing and boasts a beautiful fieldstone gas fireplace! The lower level, walk out family room has a kitchenette with pub table, sitting area with reclining sofa and chairs, a variety of favorite family board games, a bathroom, a patio, and another gorgeous view of the lake!

With four comfortable bedrooms (three on the upper level and one on the main), two and a half bathrooms (one on each floor), our smoke-free home can easily accommodate ten guests comfortably.

Available for rent year round, this home has many recreational possibilities with alot to see and do on and around the lake! So treat yourself and your family or invite some good friends to get together for an unforgettable time at the lake.

We are also only 10 minutes away from Kettle Moraine State Park where there are plenty of outdoor activities both in the summer and the winter to take part in, while enjoying all the beautiful scenery Wisconsin has to offer!
