This wonderful victorian home (AKA "The Purple Palace")situated in picturesque Ellicottville, NY, a charming town just 51 miles south of Buffalo, New York. It is the perfect place for your ski vacation, golf vacation, seminar, retreat or quiet, romantic getaway. Stay in one of our three units.

Just a few steps to downtown and less than 1 mile to both Holiday Valley Ski and Golf resort and Holimont ski resort. This stately Victorian replica home delights in welcoming guests with warm hospitality and impeccable guest services.
The home is set amidst an enclave of mature trees and and is situated beside the "Oasis Day Spa". Relax on the wrap around deck and soothe yourself with the sounds of nature or go for a short stroll and walk the streets of downtown Ellicottville and enjoy having a pint at the "Gin Mill". Recently upgraded appliances along with WiFi throughout the home.

It is in a fabulous winter/summer resort town. After skiing all day, take a break and get to know the village's shops, many fine restaurants, and cultural centers. Experience the charm and unhurried lifestyle of Ellicottville any time of year. The area is renowned for its hiking and there are many miles of bike trails.

Guests that rent the main may relax in one of the two cozy living areas to get lost in a good book or participate in a game of ping pong in the game room or watch a selection of great movies. It is truly a home to enjoy.

Guests that rent the loft have a separate area complete with full kitchen (includes all cooking equipment), loft for sleeping, living area, dining area and additional sleeping area on separate floor.

If it is just a small family or you and your significant other then the studio will suit your needs. It sleeps three with a kitchenete.
