Just imagine sitting in the living room listening to the white water rapids of the Coosawattee River located just 25 feet from the house.Want to get away from it all this is the place.
Outside there is a 5 person Hot Tub, a Picnic Table, Grill, Custom Chess Table,and a Fire Pit. All sit right at the river, but only steps from the screened in back porch. There is another deck with another picnic table on the side. There are 5 steps down and your in the River.
Swim, Fish, Kyak, Your choice. You can put in on the way in and get out in the backyard. All of this in a Gated Comunity that has a heated indoor pool and much more.

Ellijay has a very quaint little old town.Easy acsess to Wallmart and Resturants. Not far from Whitewater rafting,
Waterfalls,and Carters Lake. Two Hours from the Great Smokey Mountians.

We rafted on the Ocoee river last week it was great only $40 . 40 min drive easy drive. Try it for sure..
Have one roll away upstairs for 6th person.

• Deposits: Half to hold Full payment two weeks prior to rental. $100 property damage deposit. Fully refundable. $75 cleaning fee due with every rental.
   
• Other Fees: Price for 2 adults children 12 and under free. $10 pp. per night for Adults above 2.
