Description of the Ellijay vacation cabin rental
Blue Ridge Vistas is a SECLUDED, LUXURY cabin with million-dollar views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in northern Georgia. Drive up the mountain and enter our BRAND-NEW, wooden cabin. Enter the front door into the living room with two queen-sized sleeper sofas, two-story natural stone fireplace and a 60" HDTV, with full DIRECTV access and DVD player.
Top-of-the-line, fully-equipped kitchen with all granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Dining room seats 8, with room for two more at the adjacent granite breakfast bar. Step out of the dining room onto our private, full-width balcony. Sit in the rocking chairs...and ENJOY THE VIEW! Another private, full-width balcony from the lower level brings you to a hot tub (seats 6) with that same awesome view!
Our master suite is the height of luxury! Very spacious master bedroom with two large walk-in closets. The en-suite master bathroom is fabulous! Jacuzzi bathtub for two with that million-dollar view, two separate vanities and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a loft with pool/billiards table, open to the living room below. Watch the pool game from our wine table or take advantage of our high-speed, "Wi-fi" wireless Internet access. Two more spacious bedrooms upstairs. Side yard has natural stone fire pit with log stools.
This cabin provides access to the nearby Coosawattee River Resort amenities, which includes camping & parks, private library, an indoor pool, recreation center, teen center, dog park, tubing, a conference center and a fish pond. Our rental rates are $150/night , based on 4 Guests per night. Each additional Guest is $10.00 per person per night. Non-holidays 2 night minimum stay. All Major Holidays $165/night, 3 night minimum stay. All of October, Thanksgiving, and Christmas 4 Night Min stay $165.00 per Night. Cleaning Fee is based on the number of Guests in your party.

Ellijay is a city in Gilmer County, Georgia, United States. The population was 1,584 in 2000. The city is the county seat of Gilmer County and lies where two rivers, the Ellijay and the Cartecay, come together to form the Coosawattee River. The city holds an annual Apple Festival and Gilmer County is known as the 'Apple Capital of Georgia'. The Apple Festival is held yearly in October.
Ellijay is a growth area for wineries and a favorite tourist spot because of its mild climate, beautiful spring blossoms, autumn color and APPLES! Just 80 miles north of Atlanta and 65 miles south of Chattanooga. This area is known for antiquing, shopping, great restaurants, mountain biking and hiking.
Jimmy Carter has a weekend home in Ellijay, in the small community of Walnut Mountain.
