Red Feather is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath cabin, Located in The Coosawattee River Resort.

Fully Soocked Kitchen with 2 counter bar stools.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa reclining chair and oversize chair with Wood Burning Fireplace and 40 T.V.

1/2 bath on the main floor.

The Master Bedroom is on the main floor with a King Size Bed, dresser and 32 Flat Screen TV.

Master Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower, Double Sinks, and a Jacuzzi Tub.

Queen Sleeper sofa and Desk in the Loft with wireless internet.

2nd bedroom is upstairs with a Queen Bed and dresser.

The 3rd bedroom is also upstairs with 2 full beds.

2nd full bathroom is upstairs.

4th bedroom is downstairs with 2 full beds, dresser, and TV for Video Games.

3rd full bath also downstiars.

Game Room is downstairs with 2 Full Sleeper Futons, 46 Flat Screen, Pool Table, Dart Board, Card Table and Foosball table.

Children 5 and under are free. * Minimun of 4 extra guest for July 4th. * Minimun of 8 extra guest for all Mayor Holidays. * Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. * Standard Rate $160.00 * Month of October $180.00 * All Major Holidays $180.00 * Cleaning: * Up to 9 Guests: $150.00 * 10 to 14 Guests: $175.00 * 15 to 20 Guests: $200.00 * Resort Fee: $26.00 (You have full use of the Resort Amenities). * Pet Fee: $15.00 (2 pet max) * Processing Fee: $20.00 To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply: •Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.) •Reservations cancelled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee. •For reservations cancelled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
