Description of the Ellijay vacation cabin rental

Natures Retreat is a 3 bedroom 3 full bath cabin with sleeping loft. A short walk to the River. Located in The Coosawattee River Resort.

Fully stocked kitchen with 4 counter bar stools.

The living room is a Huge open area with 2 couches, 2 oversize chairs, flat Screen TV with wood burning fireplace.

French doors off the Living room lead to the wrap around deck with a BBQ Gas Grill, Patio table and chairs.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King Size Bed, Dresser and Directv. French doors lead to the wrap around back.

Full Master Private bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom is also on the main floor, with a King size bed and dresser. Full private 2nd bathroom with walk in shower. French doors also lead out to the wrap around deck.

The 3rd bedroom is downstairs, with a Queen size bed and dresser.

3rd Full bathroom also downstairs.

2 full Size Futons in sleeping Loft.

Game room is downstairs with a sectional couch, Pool Table with a 50 inch Flat Screen TV.

Lower Patio off game Room with a HUGE back yard. Natures Retreat is a short walk to the river.

Deposits: A prepayment of $250.00f of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in. If it is within the 21 day window, you will need to pay the total amount due.

Other Fees: * Rental Rate is based on up to 4 guest. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night per person. Children 5 and under are free. * Minimun of 4 extra guest for all Mayor Holidays. * 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. * 2-Night Minimum - Non-Holidays * 3-Night Minimum - Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Years * 4-Night Minimum - Week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas * Standard Rate $140.00 * Month of October $160.00 * All Major Holidays $160.00 * Cleaning: $100.00 * Resort Fee: $26.00 (You have full use of the Resort Amenities). * Pet Fee: $15.00 (2 pet max) * Processing Fee: $20.00 To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply: •Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.) •Reservations cancelled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee. •For reservations cancelled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
