Description of the Ellijay vacation cabin rental

Beary Kozey is a Beautifully Decorated 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath cabin with a Hot Tub and Fire pit. Located in the Coosawattee River Resort.

Fully Stocked Kitchen with 2 counter bar stools.

This Gorgeous cabin has a 40' Flat screen TV with DVD player in the Livingroom, a sectional couch with recliners on each end.

Half bath is also on the main floor.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed on the main floor, private bathroom with double sinks and Jacuzzi tub.

2nd and 3rd bedrooms are upstairs, with a adjoining full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a balcony.

Writing desk and oversize chair with ottoman in the loft.

A wrap around deck with Hot Tub, Fire Pit and BBQ gas grill with table and 4 charis. The front porch has a porch swing with 4 rocking chairs. Pool table is downstairs.

Large back yard.

Internet assess/wifi.

Deposits: A prepayment of $250.00f of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in. If it is within the 21 day window, you will need to pay the total amount due.

Other Fees: * 2-Night Minimum - Non-Holidays * 3-Night Minimum - Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Years * 4-Night Minimum - Week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas * Rental Rate is based on up to 4 guest. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night per person. Children 5 and under are free. * Standard Rate $140.00 * Month of October $160.00 * All Major Holidays $160.00 * Cleaning: $95.00 * Resort Fee: $26.00 (You have full use of the Resort Amenities). * Pet Fee: $15.00 (2 pet max) To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply: •Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.) •Reservations cancelled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee. •For reservations cancelled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
