Description of the Ellijay vacation cabin rental

Wilderness Lodge is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath mountain paradise with an incredible view, a beautiful wrap around deck, partially screened in porch off the kitchen with outdoor wood burning fireplace, and comfortable furniture.

The walk-in main floor is beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountain landscape. With gorgeous leather sofas, wood floors, lodge decor, 32" flat screen TV over the gas log fireplace, DVD player, and ample space in this "Large open great room"

Large open Dining Area seats 6 guest, along with Breakfast Table by the Window overlooking the Mountains, seats 4 plus 2 more at the kitchen bar.

The sliding glass doors leading to the large rear deck where the huge gas propane grill sits for outdoor grilling, and high quality patio furniture. A ceiling fan for ultimate outdoor fresh air dining comfort.

The view from the decks is amazing, breathtaking views of the mountain ridge lines and you can hear the roaring of the rushing Coosawattee River waters in the valley below. During fall and winter when the leaves are down, the river is partially visible from the decks.

The kitchen is well-stocked with full compliments of cookware, bake ware, serving and dishware. All-Stainless steel appliances, Large countertops, blender and coffee maker and more make the kitchen an culinary pleasure.

The King master bedroom with a King bed, is on the main floor with a 27 inch flat screen TV, beautiful furnishings, large closet and a full bathroom. The bathroom is fully stocked with double vanities and plush towels and features a jetted jacuzzi bathtub and separate stand-up shower.

Upstairs are two private Queen bedrooms one of which has a 22 inch flat screen TV. Also on the second floor is a small open loft and reading area with a leather sofa and leather chair and ottoman.

A full bathroom with combination shower and bathtub services the second second floor living areas.

Downstairs on the lower level is a large and open play space with a full size pool table, large 36 inch flat screen TV and DVD player, two convertible double bed loungers, a leather chair and ottoman reading nook.

Along the rear of the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a twin over double bunk room with a 22 inch TV and also the 3rd full bathroom with washer and dryer.

The downstairs living space is designed for fun with friends and family.

Outside the lower deck holds a wide 5-person therapeutic hot tub and hammock overlooking the wilderness and Deer walking by.

A concrete walkway to the upper deck and parking area. Wilderness Lodge is conveniently located in the center of the massive Coosawattee River Resort about equal distance from all the community pools and river parks as well as centrally located from each of the main gates to enable access to various parts of town, grocery stores, shopping and sight seeing. See the map below for distances to major attractions.

Dogs are welcome! 60 lbs weight limit. No Cats please.

Deposits: A prepayment of $250.00 of the rental fee, by valid credit card, will secure your reservation with the remaining balance due 21 days before arrival. The same credit card will be used unless advised otherwise. Directions and (Gate pass for Coosawattee Only) will be sent via e-mail 1 week before you check in. If it is within the 21 day window, you will need to pay the total amount due.

Other Fees: * 2-Night Minimum - Non-Holidays * 3-Night Minimum - Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Years * 4-Night Minimum - Week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas * Rental Rate is based on up to 4 guest. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night per person. Children 5 and under are free. * Standard Rate - $175.00 * Month of October - $195.00 * All Major Holidays - $195.00 * Minimun of 4 extra guest for all Mayor Holidays. * 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. * Cleaning: $150.00 * Resort Fee: $26.00 (You have full use of the Resort Amenities). * Pet Fee: $15.00 (2 pet max) * Processing Fee: $20.00 To cancel your reservation you must email, call, or send us a request by mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancellation, the following will apply: • Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.) • For reservations cancelled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
