Built in 1990, it is privately situated at the end of a long lane, yet only a quick 15 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. This newly renovated 3 bedroom home has an open floor plan. The large open kitchen with peninsula is great for entertaining. Spilling out into the living/dining area is glass all along the western facing, waterside, with all rooms enjoying these impressive views across the bay to Newbury Neck and Blue Hill Mountain beyond. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with twin beds on the first floor, and two full baths. Step outside to the large deck with built in seating, and gaze upon the spectacular sunsets - something you will never forget! Walk the short tree shaded, fern laden path down to the beach - known as the nicest beach in the area! With its gentle slope, deep crescent shape, and Southwest exposure, the water on this large private beach heats up as the tide comes in over the sand and pebbles. It is also a great spot to launch kayaks. Come and enjoy this perfect central location, allowing you to enjoy the well known Bar Harbor/Acadia Region, but also the nearby and picturesque Blue Hill Peninsula.
