Our family rented the "Happy Beach House" for our annual family vacation together (12 of us in all)! What a wonderful place to make precious lasting fun vacation memories with grandparents, children & grandchildren! The layout was ideal - lots of space for kids & adults for sleeping, playing, gathering & mealtime. Mrs. Raynor greeted us when we got there and added a personal touch to ensure everything was just right. The screen porch was fantastic and having the pool & beach so close made this one of our best summer vacations ever! Hope to go there again next year!!

We reserved this house last minute as our plans to travel to Florida were cancelled. We were more than happy with our choice when we saw the house "in person"!!! The decor was beautiful, comfortable, and practical all at the same time. The screened in porch got a lot of use by all..adults and children. The proximity of the house to the club house was a huge plus! Golf cart...a lifesaver! Wandra's personal touch of greeting us when we arrived was much appreciated! We had a great time and look to Emerald Isle as a destination in the future.....wish it was next week!!
