This beautiful building, is surrounded by a soothing Zen garden, and panoramic ocean views, from almost every window (lots of windows), including 2 ocean view decks. It is tastefully furnished, with a remodeled gourmet kitchen includes beautiful slab granite countertops, stainless dishwasher, microwave, frig, oven and stove, and a full size. The floor plan is open and airy throughout the space. It's like living in a classy treehouse for adults.

2 Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom #1 - large master bedroom suite, private bathroom.
-Bedroom #2/office – full size murphey bed, with beautiful custom built floor to ceiling cabinetry, for office art or sewing area, with space for all your essentials.

The landscaping is serene. The redwood two story building is surrounded by a black slate walkway inlaid with black river rocks, bamboo and just the right plants to say "Zen".
