Description of the Encinitas vacation home rental
Attention to detail in every aspect of this custom home. On the first floor as you enter the property is the spacious living room. The warm colors and large sofa are perfect for relaxation. If you need more bedding, the comfy oversized sofa is also a sleeper. Also on the first level is beautiful family "great" room. Perfect for everyone to gather, the large kitchen w/ walk-in pantry includes a stainless six-burner range and oven, stainless sub zero refrigerator, and large island w/ bar seating. The Family room, which extends from the kitchen and leads to the outdoor deck, overlooking the tropical backyard oasis, is spacious and inviting. The large sofas and big screen TV is perfect gathering space. There is one bed and bath downstairs, which off of the Great Room, and has access to the lush backyard. Upstairs master includes fireplace, large walk-in closet and a Jacuzzi bathtub. This floor also includes two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. Also from the second floor is access to the roof top deck with ocean views in the distance. The backyard provides relaxation and tranquility with the beautiful gardens, swimming pool and hot tub.
