the property is located at 744 4th Street,Encinitas,CA...Horrible ant problem everywhere in the home, windows & gardening not attended to before arrival, old home, and very overpriced. The owner did attend to the problems but x4days out of 9 were workers cleaning the property. Too bad, beautiful location & view...but not worth the money or having ants everywhere all the time...
