This beautiful cozy Cardiff beach house is your dream come true for a family vacation. It has a beautiful paradise type backyard complete with 15 person hot tub and waterfall, firepit, koi pond, gardens, trampoline and play structure (for kids). It is walking distance to the beach (some of the best surf spots in Southern California),shops and restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores, running/walking trails, and one block from the I-5 freeway.

3 bedrooms and a studio guest house (sleeps up to 12 people)

Bedroom 1 - California King (Master bedroom retreat)
Bedroom 2 - Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 - Trundle bed
Bedroom 4 - Sleep Sofa /Futon (studio)

Fourth bedroom is a studio apt. and a separate unit off the main house furnished with TV, cable, stereo and computer. There is also a large playroom -a great place for the kids to hang out and watch TV and be kids away from the rest of the main house. Can sleep up to 4 more kids on air mattresses.

The house has a newly remodeled kitchen (a cook's dream) with granite counters, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffeepot all the cooking items, dishes, pots/pans - everything you need for an awesome dinner party! Large dining room table seats up to 8. Beautiful bar area seats another 4. Living room has a cozy fireplace. Wireless high-speed Internet access (bring your laptops)and Cable TV throughout the house, Wii with games, tons of DVD's, tv in every room. Barbecue grill out back, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards and surfboards are available. Beach cruiser bikes available in garage. Pets of any kind are allowed.


Rates:


$3,000/week or $10,000/month

We do not offer a pro rated weekly or daily rental amount. Any part of a week is considered a one week rental at the weekly rate. * $150 cleaning deposit required ($250 with pet).

* A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your week at time of booking. The first $1000 is a damage/security deposit and the balance will be applied to the remaining rental fees. The full amount of rental amount is due 14 days prior to stay.

Payment Options: Paypal, Cashiers/Registered/Personal Check, Money Order. 30 days notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

Have a family barbecue, while breathing in fresh ocean air, enjoying the breezes, or just take a walk to the local restaurants. Surf, Golf or enjoy San Diego amusements, such as the fabulous Del Mar Horse races! Maybe Sea World, World Famous San Diego Zoo or Wild Animal Park is more of what you had in mind (all within 30 minutes away). How about taking the kids to Legoland only 15 minutes away! Disneyland is about 50 minutes away if your kids want to see Mickey Mouse. A Surfer's Dream Famous Swami's Beach is just across the street.
