Understated elegance in this 3800 square foot home on a 15,000 square foot lot. The home backs up to a canyon, so there is no one behind, just a wonderful view! Out the back you can see the San Elijo Lagoon, a wildlife habitat, and beyond to the ranches of Rancho Santa Fe. Off the front bedrooms and balconies you can see the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
Home has a chef's kitchen with every appliance imaginable, a sub-zero refigerator, and 6 burner Themador stove top. Home has large family room adjoining kitchen and bar. Perfect for families traveling together. Eat in kitchen with table for 6, bar seating for 5 and formal dining room. Upstairs the master bedroom has a large balconie overlooking the pool/backyard. The two front bedrooms have balconies and look off to the ocean.
Home has wood floors and is VERY CLEAN...no pets, no smoking ever in this home.
