This property is a beautifully decorated and furnished 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Luxury Home located in mountainside coastal area with Panoramic views of Pacific Ocean. Pictures are actually from backyard patio/bar area. BRAND NEW BUILT 2002 with Plasma TV and surround sound family room for relaxation and fun, fully furnished 5 Bedroom where each bedroom has it's own private bathroom for those wanting the wonderful beach style of Southern Califormnia with warm earthy tones of beige, sand and sky and all the amenities of home and then some! Viking Appliances , full dining room that easily seats eight. 3 fireplaces, full granite countertops in kitchen. Private cul-de -sac gated community.

No cancellation and no refund possible two weeks before any booked reservation during Holiday Season Dec 24, 2009 - Jan 05, 2010 due to extremely high demand. We literally have to turn people away so we suggest if you are not sure of your plans DO NOT make a reservation as there is a NO REFUND policy during this time frame. During the rest of the year there is a 30 day notice needed for cancellation and refund.
