Beautiful 3 bedroom home with granite countertops throughout, steam shower in master bathroom, stainless steel appliances in large open kitchen. Double oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, large refridgerator, coffee pot, dishes, pts/pans,everything you would need for a dinner party or big brunch after a night out. Cable through out the house, BBQ, patio furniture, outdoor shower (perfect after a day at the beach!), washer/dryer, kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards available as well.

Area Information

Walking distance to some of the best beaches/ surf spots in Southern California! Just blocks from restaurants and shops. 1/2 mile from historic downtown Encinitas where you can watch a movie at the famous La Paloma Theatre, go shopping, get groceries at Whole Foods, or have breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants that line Highway 101. 10 minutes from Lego Land in Carlsbad, 30 minutes to Sea World, 45 minutes to Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island, and downtown San Diego.
