Description of the Encinitas vacation townhouse rental

Wonderful remodeled three bedroom/two bath vacation home. A unit in the oceanfront complex of Sea Bluff. Spacious kitchen with all new appliances which makes it convenient to prepare meals and still be a part of the family. Nice dining room, comfortable living room, large TV. Large deck to expand the living area of this unit. King in the master, queen and single in the third and a queen in the 2nd. Everything has been remodeled and done very nicely. 2 car enclosed garage, washer and dryer in the unit. High speed internet, unlimited long distance calling nation wide. All the amenities of Sea Bluff, 2 heated pools, sauna and jacuzzi. Just a very short walk to the ocean. Winter rates (except holidays), $1200 per week. Summer rates, $2000 per week. Utilities, $75. Gate Pass, $40. Cleaning, $150.and 25 admin. fee. 10% tax on rent for less than 30 days. Min. 7 day rental. Rent by the month Sept. to June. If this is taken we have over 60 other units to choose.

We had a fantastic time!!!! Overall, the vacation was probably the best we've ever had. The Condo was great-roomy, very comfortable, and with great furnishings-leather couch & chairs, big screen TV, gas stove etc. etc It was much more deluxe than we're unsed to Sea Bluff itself was also great. We really enjoyed the pools, tennis courts ad of course the beach!!!
