The Jergens-Rinkard-Radovic House, which was built around 1897, has served the Community as a private boarding house, a guest house and at present has 2 lovely apartments. The upstairs is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath apartment with a wonderful view of Lemon Bay. The downstairs is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with a wraparound porch.

Stroll down Englewood's historic "street of shops" right across the street or take a short drive to area golf courses and the beautiful area beaches.
