Welcome to our condo located on the beautiful barrier island of Manasota Key, just off the coast of Englewood, Florida. The El Galeon South condominiums are one of four buildings in the "Gulf to Bay" El Galeon resort complexes. With a Gulf to Bay property, you have exclusive use of our docking facilities and private beach front on the Gulf of Mexico!

You'll have over than 7 miles of unspoiled beach to explore, 2 heated swimming pools to choose from. Also, free use of our private, deep water docks & fishing area.

Area Description

Once you cross the "toll free" bridge to the island, you will know you have just arrived in a place Florida was meant to be. No stop lights, No high rises & No traffic lights, just plenty of old Florida charm.

Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: 5-7 night minimum.
Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: SAVE 10% on Weekly Rentals during October - November 21, 2009. $200.00 Refundable Damage Deposit required.
Other Fees: $100 Cleaning Charge / Booking fee.

Nice, quaint, clean place. Loved the view of the bay. Was easy to kayak out of. Felt very safe, locals very friendly. Would do it again, need 2 weeks minimum to do everything on our list.

This condo is really nice. It was very clean & we loved the tropical decor throughout. The private lanai was great to have our morning coffee. We noticed a lot of Florida sea life right from the lanai. The pool was excellent. The beach is directly across the street. Very close to good local restraunts. We hope to come back next year.
