Description of the Englewood vacation condo rental

Our condo is located in Englewood Florida on the south-west Gulf coast, and is part of beautiful Fiddler's Green complex.

It is a very clean and updated second floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Sleeps 4. The entire unit and full kitchen is fully furnished and ready to go.

There is a beautiful enclosed screened porach \ lanai with a beautiful view of the Lemon Bay preserve. The condo is an end unit so there are extra windows for plenty of light.

You are just steps from the pool, tennis courts and clubhouse, in a quiet peaceful complex.

Area Information

Fiddlers Green is a peaceful, stable association known for it's many social activities and it's friendly people.

Rentals are generally long term (1 month or longer). Fellow renters return every year to a truly welcoming and hospitable community.

Fiddlers Green includes tennis, walking paths, pool and clubhouse, and sits in the middle of Lemon Bay Conservancy's Wildflower Preserve, which includes winding nature trails through native foliage, wildlife and Lemon Creek.

It is a golfers paradise with over 20 golf courses within a short drive! Of course, being on the Golf coast, fishing and boat rentals are available close by.

Englewood Beach is only a few miles away and offers white sand, warm blue waters and fun shops and restaurants! And you are only minutes from Boca Grand and Port Charlotte.
