Description of the Englewood vacation condo rental

When you hear the word condo the word "nature" is not what might come to mind. But then again it just might, at least after staying at our lovely waterview condo.

If you want your back yard to be filled with nature then this is the place for you. There is marine life – mullet jumping and dolphins and manatees swimming by, but the most spectacular bit of nature is the birds. The birds often fly within 20 feet (or less) of the lanai sliding glass doors. Varieties include Ibis, Great Blue Heron, Osprey, Pelican, Wood Stork, Frigate and various types of gulls and terns. You also easily see them from the lanai fishing out in the bay. Some of the birds even fly right up to the roof outside our lanai.

If you love nature then you will surely love our condo. Bring your binoculars!

Our condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances, hi-def TV, DVR, even a computer desk. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with tempurpedic mattress, and the master bath has his and her sinks/vanities.

Area Information

The condo is very close (less than quarter of a mile) to various water sports activities, such as kayaking, jet-skiing, fishing, sunning yourself on the beach and if you are adventurous - parasailing. Also, there is a public beach which is about ½ mile from the condo. There are bike lanes on many roads.

A variety of restaurants and shopping malls are only a short drive away.

A rental property manager is available to assist you with your reservations, deposits, check-in and check-out.

Multiple month stays negotiable. One month minimum, no smoking, no pets.
