Get off the beaten path. Single-wide with 2 addons provides spacious living in a community of mostly seasonal visitors. Come SOUTH and stay warm for the season.
Cable TV in living room, both bedrooms and lanai. Take your choice of dining on lanai, dining room, or kitchen. Great to have extra tables for games or puzzles.
Pick oranges and grapefruit from your own trees.
Community center offers Church, bingo, crafts, pool table, pingpong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, books and puzzles, potluck, dances, and more. There is not a pool on the premises.
Area Description
Englewood still has small-town ambiance, but it's close to everything. 17 mles from Port Charlotte malls and restaurants, 30 miles to Sarasota museums, upscale shopping, jungle gardens, etc. Deep sea fishing boats - 2 miles. Golf 2 miles. Walk to restaurants, sports bars, slots, bowling. Beach less than 3 miles. Fishing in park, fresh water lake and salt water canal.
