Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with new tile floors. Living room, dining room, kitchen are all fully equipped. You can enjoy a screened pool and the privacy of your own backyard.
Property located near the Lemon Bay which gives you access to a boat ramp, fishing right on the bay with a peaceful recreation area and enjoy wild life around.

Area Information

ENGLEWOOD BAY COTTAGE
The property is located in a safe Englewood neighborhood just blocks from restaurants and 2 blocks from a large shopping center. As well as a few miles from the white sand beaches of Englewood. The biggest draw to the area remains the beaches.

Siesta Key Beach is consistently ranked among the most beautiful beaches on Earth. Crescent Beach, Turtle Beach, Lido Beach, and the beach running the 15 mile span of Longboat Key are equally beautiful and accessible. Indeed, much Englewood is tucked away off the interstate, on Lemon Bay between Venice/Sarasota and Ft Myers.

We have all the goodies without the hassle and traffic. 3 miles (with sidewalks) to the best beaches on the Gulf. Excellent restaurants and fast food nearby. Venice - 10 miles, Port Charlotte (Mall, movies, etc) - 14 miles, Sarasota - 28 miles, Ft. Myers - 40 miles (all approximate).

QUIET RETREAT

A nice find, close to everything. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. I have two suggestions: install the internet, and a solar pool heater ( cool in April ).

Englewood Bay Cottage

We stayed from Jan. 01 to March 31, We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house was just as described and more. Very clean, organized and move in ready. All we had to do was unpack and start our vacation. We enjoyed the front porch The Lanai was awsome. We ate our meals in the Lanai overlooking the pool. So relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and the neighbors were friendly down home people. The beach was just minutes away which we liked along with Walmart and Shecklers being within walking distance. Alex and Nadia I can't say enough of how helpful and friendly they were. I would like to call them friends. We highly recommend this rental. We are looking forward in coming back in Jan 2013.
