Short distance to dry boat storage and docks. Recently remodeled. Boat dock on Lemon Bay canal.
Great 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage located on Oyster Creek, a quiet
resort community.

We are on Lemon Bay Intercostal Waterway just a short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico.

Sleeps 6-8 privately, double beds in 2 bedrooms and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, and two futon couches in the living area. Extra beds are available.

Updated in 2007 with new carpeting and vinyl.

All kitchen appliances and bed linens provided (bring your own beach towels).

Tastefully decorated. Very Family Friendly.

Sorry, No Smoking!! Pets are Considered.

No Renters Under 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents.

Englewood is a quiet community on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It features many restaurants and amenities. Beaches are world class. Great fishing, including tarpon (in season) at world famous Boca Grande pass. Guides available for great off shore or back water fishing. One of the last under discovered areas of Florida.
