Located in a quiet subdivision of Englewood, Fl, this house would make for a nice get away or a winter home.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. It also has a living room, dining room, and breakfast nook. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances. Washer and dryer is also included. Two nice bicycles available to ride.

The one feature that everyone loves is the SWIMMING POOL for those hot Florida days.

Cape Haze area lies in the South end of Sarasota County and the West end of Charlotte County on the Gulf of Mexico. Englewood has something for everybody. We have 4 beautiful beaches along with miles of fishing in Lemon Bay and Charlotte Harbor. The area boast of over 15 golf courses.

You will find a variety of stores around the community, but don't miss the historic Dearborn Street. The streets are lined with decorative pavers. Many stores line the street offering jewelry, pottery, candles , causal dress, art. Friday nights enjoy the music while visiting or dining at the historic area. Many places to eat, from fine dining to a snack.

Englewood's Lemon Bay Park is one of the many enjoyments that the community provides. It's a great place to go for a nature walk or just to have a nice afternoon picnic.
