Located on a quiet residential street in Englewood. Ten minutes from Gulf beaches, numerous quality golf courses, rercreational parks and nature preserves. Twenty minutes to historic Boca Grande Lighthouse and World-class tarpon fishing. Sixty minutes to Sarasota attractions (Selby Gardens, Mote Marine, Van Wezel Performing Arts) and Fort Myers area (Randell Research Center, Edison/Ford Museum, Calusa Nature Center, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge)and ninety miutes to Tampa (Busch Gardens, Ybor City) and much more. Ten minutes to spring training for Tampa Bay Rays and minor league Charlotte Crabstones.

Very homey!

Love this house and the owners-so kind and accommodating. The only thing missing isWiFi. Would certainly stay here again. The Lanai is beyond wonderful. Our cat loved the lanai, and he is normally an outside cat. Great vacation home!
