Description of the Englewood vacation home rental

This is a freshly cleaned, newly painted mobile home. It has a dining area off the kitchen which seats 6, large living room with TV and DVD player, a Florida room, one bedroom with a full bed, one bedroom with 2 twin beds - both bedrooms have large sliding door closets on one wall and a TV, 2 baths, large storage shed with washer and dryer, and a nice size outdoor patio with grill. There are 4 ceiling fans. No minimum stay. January, February and March of 2009 are under contract!

It is located in a 55+ community minutes to Walgreens, Walmart, many restaurants. It is located just 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico - beautiful beach at Englewood Beach! Lots of fishing! Lots of attractions within a 45 mile radius!

• Other Fees: Owner pays up to $100/month for electricity and up to $50/month for water/sewer during high season (November-March) Tenant pays anything over those amounts. We can negotiate these expenses for April-September!

This home is exactly as pictured..perfect..Very nice neighborhood, quiet and located close to beach [and WalMart].We truly enjoyed our stay and will be sure to recommend you to others. Cleaner than a hotel or motel. The house comes with pleanty of kitchen needs. The oweners even called to make sure everything was ok. Will be back soon!
